SHORIK EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shorik, we carefully curate designer gowns in limited quantities. To preserve the quality and exclusivity of every piece, all sales are final. While we do not accept returns, eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with the policy below.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for an exchange:
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in their original packaging, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or alterations are not eligible for exchange.
Not Eligible for Exchange:
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or made-to-order dresses

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
1. Email support@shorik.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number along with clear photos of the front, back, and tags attached.
3. Once approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Code (EAC).
Please note: Returns sent without an approved EAC will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE FEES
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price of all approved exchanges.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping to our facility.
• Shipping costs for the replacement item.
Replacement shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

STORE CREDIT
Approved exchanges are issued as store credit only.
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Applicable to in-stock merchandise only.
• Replacement item must be of equal or greater value.

SIZING
Designer sizing varies by brand, and your usual clothing size may not correspond to the size of your dress.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend reviewing the Size Chart available on each product page above or below the size selection.
For the most accurate fit, compare your bust, waist, and hip measurements with the designer's size chart before ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
This fee covers non-refundable payment processing and transaction costs.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

NON-COMPLIANCE
Shorik reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or if the returned item is deemed ineligible upon inspection.
