SHORIK EXCHANGE POLICY

At Shorik, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality designer dresses. To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our designs, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that sometimes, exchanges may be necessary. Please review our exchange policy carefully before making your purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

1. Exchange Requests: Must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Item Condition: Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items:Sale or clearance items.Custom or made-to-order dresses.
   

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Submit your exchange request via email to [support@shorik.com] with your order number and photos of the item (front, back, and tags) to verify eligibility.
2. Upon approval, we will issue an Exchange Authorization Code (EAC). Items sent without an EAC will not be processed.

FEES AND COSTS

1. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the item's original price for all exchanges. This fee helps us maintain low costs while ensuring our items remain in pristine condition.
2. Shipping Costs:Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to our facility. The cost will depend on the shipping provider and the customer’s location.Replacement Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item, which will be calculated based on their delivery address. Shipping costs will be communicated during the exchange process.

REPLACEMENT OPTIONS

Exchanges are valid for store credit only, which must be used within 30 days of issuance. Store credit applies only to in-stock items of equal or greater value.

NON-COMPLIANCE

Shorik reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not comply with our policy or if the item is deemed ineligible after inspection.

A NOTE ABOUT SIZING

All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link above the dropdowns or at the bottom of the size dropdown on your dress of choice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers non-refundable transaction costs and processing expenses.
